Effectively, what MLS can't say - but what @joelago story on meeting suggests - is Beckham/Miami saga is gumming up expansion generally.
So probably get your B copy together, because it sounds like it's coming to a head sooner rather than later.
Which is not to say it's dead. It might be very much alive. Just that all sides seem to agree the uncertainty needs to end.

Well his stadium plan has to be better than NYC's of use Yankee Stadium. They don't even have land. Sorry, but this is classic rule changing
