No Beckham Ambassadorial Role

David Beckham has reportedly been lined up for an ambassador role with Real Madrid according to Spanish reports but others from England say the former Manchester United midfielder hasn't been contacted.

Marca had said an interest in making Real's appeal in America even greater would see 41-year-old Beckham, who spent four-years with Los Blancos after arriving from Man United, become a club ambassador.

This has been played down though.

Not only does Beckham not have any plans to take up such a role it has been reported in the Daily Mirror he's not even been contacted by anyone at the Santiago Bernabeu about doing so anyway!
